Welcome to the Canadian Tai Chi Academy – London Branch online store.

Deadline for spring orders: May 1st 2018.  Orders will be batched together and ready for pick-up at your Tai Chi class approximately one month after the order has been submitted.

Purchase your merchandise online or fill out the order form and submit to your instructor.  The merchandise list can be downloaded here.

Banquet tickets can be purchased online here.  You can pay your participation fees for workshops and special events by selecting the correct event under the Workshop section.  Events typically have a different cost for members and non-members.    Membership dues payments are handled through the member login.

All funds are in Canadian dollars.

Delivery Policy

At this time all merchandise orders must be picked up at a London area Tai Chi class.  Shipping of orders can only be accommodated by special request at additional cost.

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns.  You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.  If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.  If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.  In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@londontaichi.ca with details of the product and the defect.  We can make arrangements to replace the defective good.
